Cycle - 2.5 hours - 11/22/2009 and a little run.

Today felt good.  After every long ride I jog for 15 min; usually my legs feel a little funny for the first five to ten minutes, but today they felt smooth.  Also, this is my third week using sweat365 to track my workouts and I could not be more impressed; so thanks to all who helped put this site together, and all of you that make this site a community.
